Cory is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children. His primary focus is working with couples, helping partners strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and break painful relationship cycles through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, where he is nearing certification. Cory also provides individual counseling and has specialized training in EMDR along with additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). His approach is trauma-informed, emphasizing emotional safety, nervous system awareness, and a pace that feels respectful and manageable. Cory is also LGBTQ+ affirming, welcoming clients of all identities, backgrounds, and relationships. He actively contributes to the field by having served on the board of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy Montana and supervising students from the Walla Walla School of Social Work.
